"Great hospital experience for my ACL..."

Staff were very friendly on arrival, directed me to the correct unit for my day surgery.

A really lovely nurse made me feel very comfortable as I was quite nervous. They had a great smile and helped with my worrying and anxiety pre op. The anesthetist was also very friendly , and talked me through the necessary details.

Going into surgery, the anesthetist and his two assistants were fantastic at talking to me and distracting me as I dislike needles. They were super friendly and chatty, distracting me very well!

My surgeon fixed me up really, they were also very calm and relaxed which put me at ease.

Post op, the nurse looked after me extremely well, wheeled me to the car when I was fit to go home, always with a smile on their face.
