"Have got extremely pain since January 2016"

My Family & I have been registered with this practice over 10 years,

I have tried to get an appointment with the doctor since January 2016 but every time I call in the morning they say there is no appointment! They advise me to try the online service, but even that doesn’t work!

I tried many times to make an appointment with other senior GP, but I was rudely spoken to by the receptionist who is very rude and not helpful at all says there is no appointment available!

I will now wait and see their response to this review, after that I will contact patient watchdog and thereafter CQC, NHS England, etc.
