"Reception staff"

I returned home after attending my appointment in Seaford less than an hour ago. I am appalled at the treatment I received at reception and after seeing the consultant. I was made to feel stupid at every opportunity! Customer care training essential! A visit to EDGH would be an eye opener for the orthopaedic sister. A lesson in how to behave with patients.
