"Great Team"

About: Castle Hill Hospital

(as the patient),

I really like visiting the outpatients area at Castle Hill. I'd rather not be there but, as I have to be from time to time, it is great to have such a friendly team on the reception desk. No matter how busy they are (very, very, very), they always have time to be polite, respectful and tollerant. They seem to realise that they are dealing with people who are often hurting (mentally and physically) and seem to be able to brush off the odd obnoxious patient (who could be in severe pain and suffering who knows what kind of internal stress) who is totally incapable of being pleasant for whatever reason.

Do the receptionists snap? Do they get angry? Do they get stressed out? Do they shout back? Do they call the patient names? Well, they probably do; but they certainly don't let it all out in public. Well done and thank you all. You are appreciated by more people than you think.
