I took my one year old daughter a couple of weeks ago after phoning 111. She had a temperature of 39.5 and a rash. A member of staff looked after us and tried for an hour to regulate my little girls temperature, and even gave me some money to get her a drink out of the vending machine as she had drank all her juice and I only had notes with me. After an hour the member of staff sent us to a and e to be sure. Turned out my daughter had scarlet fever. The member of staff really was genuinely concerned for my little girl and was really good looking after us.
