Waiting time to check in at A&E – 5 secs
Waiting time to see a nurse – 25 secs
Time with the nurse – 30 mins
Point of view from the client? Brilliant!
Point of view NHS? Can we afford such 5 start availability and treatment? Doubtful!

Thank you for your kind comments regarding your recent visit to Penrith Hospital.
It is always nice to receive compliments on our services and it is a tribute to the caring concern and skill of the individual members of staff, and I know they will appreciate them.
