"Excellent Learning Disabilities Care in A&E"

I supported an individual with profound learning disabilities who is also no longer to verbally communicate their needs to A&E yesterday night and was extremely impressed by the all round professionalism, quality of care and efforts to make my client comfortable which the hospital staff showed. All staff were excellent but the ward sister in particular made my client who had been anxious and distressed, comfortable and calm and dealt with their case as quickly as circumstances would allow. I cannot thank the A&E staff enough for their exemplary care.
