About: Hertford County Hospital

Excellent service - lovely people and seen quickly. Did a hearing test for my 4 year old while we were there also which we weren't booked in for.

Got a quick and lovely follow up letter.

Only complaints are very hot in there and also car park is expensive and quite hard to find a space.

Many thanks for the feedback, which we have just shared with our ENT and audiology colleagues.

On the car parking front, when the new hospital was built at Hertford county back in 2004, the local planners refused us having the amount of parking we needed - there is a plot of land at the back of the hospital that was earmarked for parking that we weren't allowed to use.

If it had been then parking would have been so much easier.
