I have been treated very well over the last 3/4 years and i think it is just great what you can do. the only thing i have noticed when i am having a scan on my eyes that you could do with someone to inform pations as to how long of wait . last sat. i had to ask who was going to do the scan as a q had started to grow

Weekend clinics are very busy and a high volume of patients require a scan.
I will pick up this up to ensure patients are kept fully informed of any delays in future. Please accept my apologies and be assured action is being taken. Brenda Mason, Clinical Matron Head and Neck Services
