"Post op appointment delays"

About: The Whittington Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I had keyhole surgery for bilateral inguinal hernias in June 2015. Recovery was slow and complicated. I had a bowel ultrasound scan in September because the results of the previous one never arrived. My next appointment has been postponed 7 times and I have now been given an appointment in June, which means over a year since the operation.

This is completely unacceptable.
