I am trying to change my appointment with the midwife calling the number they provided in the letter 0203 313 5370 but it is forever engaged or simply not working.
The hospital says its through this number but I cannot get hold of them.
Unfortunately I will not be able to attend and my slot could go to someone else but I as they are not interested to know, this time will be wasted.
Poor and bad customer service. What if I had a problem and needed to contact them! ! !
