"Excellent feedback on recent treatment received"

I had what proved to be a minor health wobble at work recently and phoned the out of hours service. I received a return call when the surgery re-opened for the afternoon and was given an appointment with the Dr later that day. The service was very prompt and responsive.

The dr has been my GP for a few years now and I have always found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful, providing an excellent service, and this occasion was no different. She always takes time to explains things in a clear and logical way and is thorough and friendly in her approach. Her reception staff are also very helpful and polite.
