"Told I pretend symptoms"

I went to the ward due to strong suicidal thoughts. Before being discharged, I saw the doctor once, for a very short duration. The doctor accused me of taking street drugs, even though I don't take any kind of street drugs. But, there was an even bigger insult than that. I was also told from the doctor that I make up some of my symptoms (factitious disorder). Upon finding out my diagnosis, I took an overdose and was arrested for trying to confront the doctor, whom was the reason for my overdose. The police arrested me at the hospital, and took me straight to Northwick park hospital due to the overdose.
