My 93-year old mother was referred to HRI Audiology, we received an appointment quickly but it was inconvenient, so following a phone call to Audiology we were allocated another. On arrival there was ample parking and we were seen early (! ) by mr West. I have to say that this is one of the best health appointments I have ever attended. He was efficient, explained everything very clearly to my mum, displayed results on a monitor and showed an excellent attitude and care throughout.
We were also given a follow up appointment which was arranged to be convenient for us. Overall, trly outstanding service from the department. thankyou.
