I have had cataract operations on both my eyes, in August 2015 and February 2016.

I cannot praise too highly the skill of the surgeon and the efficiency, courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail of the nursing and all staff involved.

May we take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to write in and thank the Directorate for the care and treatment you received whilst in the services of the Newcastle Eye Centre, RVI.

It is always good to get positive feedback from patients when things have gone well.

The clinical and administration staff work hard to provide an excellent service, we are sure they will appreciate your comments, and will be greatly encouraged by this.
