"Brilliant care received in A and E. Thank you..."

I was transferred to A and E by ambulance last night. The care that I received was fantastic, from the first paramedics who arrived at the house, to all the staff in the department.

Everyone involved treated me with complete dignity and respect. They were all totally understanding and quick to adapt to the challenges posed by the symptoms of a rare neurological problem that I have.

Please let all the staff know that they are massively appreciated.
