12 year old broke his toes dreaded the thought of going to a&e as had an eight hour stint with my daughter a few years ago.
Brought book to read drinks etc ready for the long haul!
Arrived 9.30am out by 10.20am! Seen by lovely triage nurse Antonio ,xrayed within a short time, seen by nurse and strapped a few minutes later,reception staff absolutely fantastic, couldn't have been nicer really helpful, nurses wonderful ,reassured and joked with son who has luckily never been to hosp before.
Spotlessly clean-wonderfully suprised by whole experience.
