"singing the praises of A&E"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

I cannot sing the praises highly enough for the A&E Staff when I was admitted during the early hours of Friday 26 February, 2016 with chronic chest pains. The service was absolutely outstanding, from the initial call to health-direct, the paramedics arrived within minutes, they were extremely polite and whisked me off to hospital after their initial checks. All the Staff in A&E were absolutely fantastic, even though they were probably tired towards the end of their shifts, yet their hard work and attention to detail was second to known. Fortunately, after a few tests, my chest pains turned out not to be a 'heart-related' condition, which was a huge relief - they were due to a muscular injury which was impeding my breathing because of the pains in my chest! I am full of gratitude to all the staff who helped me - they truly are magnificent. Thank you!
