Appointment 11.20 -arrived 11.15 and out by 11.30 -told i needed surgery and appointment within 3 weeks. Appointment made for 11.00 at Clinic 5, my arrival 10.50. Told i would be in op 40 minutes (local anaesthetic) I was out in 35 minutes.
Well done again Wexham and NHS.
