The staff were very friendly and offered me refreshment. The only issue I had was my appointment was time for 10am, I arrived at 09.40 but was not seen until 10.40. They said they were sorry but it appeared that the patient who went in before had the same appointment time and arrived after myself!
There did not appear to be any problems in the department to cause the delay.
