What could be improved

being told the previous evening my bed was available for my operation only to find when i got to the hospital at 7am and waited 8 hours my operation was cancelled due to a lack of beds which they say on thier website does not happen at this hospital . nothing to eat or drink from midnight the previous evening and still like this at 2pm in the afternoon when they cancelled my operation

Anything else?

they dont seen to care how much stress having an operation puts on people let alone how much it impacts on others let alone the person having the operation total miles travelled 120 just to be told go home!!!!
