What I liked

The hospital was fresh and clean, the staff were friendly and fun, they seemed very down to earth, friendly and always had time for me and my mother.

The staff kept me up to date on my mothers progress and helped her wash, dress and feed her. My mother who is a very hard to please lady herself admitted that the staff were exceptional and fantastic.

What could be improved

The only thing I would have improved is the food in your canteen, for the price you paid for it you would expect a decent amount. I had to pay for seconds as there wasn't enough on the plate. From then on I bought my own food in.

Anything else?

The only other comment I could make was that the Staff all actually seemed happy to be there. They looked like they actually cared for my mother and took great delight in talking to her about the war and when she helped out in the RAF.
