I went to Grantham a and e with palpitations last Friday and was seen and sent home with advice within 3 hours.
Staff nurse Natasha and Doctor Baker were brilliant.
I was particularly pleased with the courteous manner in which I was treated by nurse Natasha and Dr Baker was fantastic.
I was treated with dignity and respect and given reassurance.
Keep doing what you do guys. I work for the trust myself and know a big thank you goes a long way. A quick note to Dr Baker, I'm down to 4 coffees a day now!
