"My daughters mental health"

About: North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust / Inpatient mental health care

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter has come back to live with our family for the past 18 months. Since the day she realised she has not got to go back to her father, that's when we realised she had problems. She was eating too much chocolate making her self sick. she has been nail biting and self harming. she has anger problems and she is hitting her family.

she is very abusive towards people around her. She has threatened to stab me on a number of occasions.

I made a self referral to CAMhS as a mother as I knew my daughter needed help.

My GP referred my child to CAMHS at first they said my daughter didn't even meet the requirements for a appointment.

My daughter has been hitting our pet. Who has sadly now been put to sleep, due to theses agencies falling to help my child.

I have rang social services up loads of times and they say there is nothing they can do. More likely they are just passing the buck.

My daughter clearly has mental health issues.

The school cant cope with her. They reduce her hours at school.

My daughter needs to be in a place where she stays in and gets the help she needs. I feel she is entitled to by law.  I feel like the system has just let my daughter down.
