My name is Rukhsana Ul-haq.
I was admitted to wadd 20, today for a Endoscopy.
The care I received today before and after , by staff nurse and by doctor was excellent they explained everything clearly , but what made my short stay pleasant was their bed side manner. That is what it's all about.
A heart felt Thank you to both of them. Oh and a big Thank you to a Staff nurse who makes the best toast and coffee.
