"Bespoke Shoes treatment for severe bilateral..."

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

My shoes were made but were in my opinion are too big and they kept slipping off my heal.

I had to wait weeks for them to alter the shoe and insert a heal grip and put a better gripping sole on them.

On wearing the shoes with heal grips stuck in they immediately came off after a few days wear.

I had to wait further weeks for new heal grips to be put on the shoe and a new insole because the first one's hurt my feet.

I collect my shoe to get them home and then realised they hadn't but the new innersole in them.

The shoe laces they put on them are too small to tie a double knot and come undone constantly and when I told them about it they said I would have to buy my own that they didn't do longer shoe laces.

This makes me laugh that these are supposed to be bespoke shoes made for my feet deformaties and yet many months later after waiting so long they are not correct.

More care and accuracy is needed when making these shoes.
