About: Pendle Community Hospital

Whilst an inpatient at Pendle Community Hospital in November 2015 I was seen by Occupational Therapists and a Physiotherapist.

Following my return home I continued to be seen at home by an Occupational Therapist and as an outpatient by a Physiotherapist.

At all times I received excellent support and advice, felt I was listened to and fully included in decisions regarding my healthcare.
