I have just undergone a colonoscopy at Kingston Hospital today. The manner in which I was treated, and the performance of the staff were both exceptional. A great team worked together to take me through a routine but uncomfortable procedure. I was a little anxious and they provided informative details in their conversations with me and reassured me by their professional but caring approach.

I have private health insurance but was assured by my GP that Kingston was a top place for this sort of investigation. The doctor was absolutely right and I feel very relieved by my experience. The NHS is outstanding when it's at its best and today you were totally at your best. Thank you
