"Better care now."

I left a review of Orthopaedics on 5 June 2015. That review is still valid, the care was terrible then.

However, since swapping to a different consultant, the care has been outstanding. Things which the previous consultant never made me aware of, were offered in the very first appointment with the new consultant.

I felt that from the very start, the consultant was making an effort to address my issues and together we have explored so many options and treatments in almost nine months. My condition has improved thanks to the new consultant and they have helped me to achieve the time off I needed from university, supporting my recovery every step of the way.

Top notch care from this particular consultant. Wait times are generally low and the department is well maintained.
