Just wanted to give some positive feedback following a visit to Pilgrim A&E recently. I was booked in and seen within less than 10 minutes, triaged by a nurse and sent straight for X-Rays and upon return to the department, less than 20 minutes later, was shown to a side room. I was given pain relief and given a thorough examination and the Dr explained carefully what my injuries were and told me. should my symptoms continue I should return to the department. Each member of staff took the time to introduce themselves despite the department being very busy.
