(as a relative),

Recently my husband spent some time in hairmyres hospital in ward 12 I would like to thank all the nurses and staff for all they did for my husband and our family. The care my husband recieved was exceptional and the staff were wonderful especially when we were called to be with him as he passed.

I am sorry to hear of your loss and send best wishes to you and your family.

This must be a very difficult time for you and I can only thank you for taking the time to post your positive experience on the care your husband received and the support you were given as a family, in ward 12.
