"Impressed"

The service I received in the neurophysiology department was the best , the receptionist was welcoming, polite and helpful. And the consultant was such a lovely person who explained everything as they went along, had a wonderful manner, exceptional people skills and made me feel at ease straight away. The consultant has a great sense of humour too.
