To whom it may concern

I am writing to express my gratitude to the staff at A & E and AMU/ACU

I was admitted on 15.02 through A &E and later transferred to AMU where I was discharged on 17.02. The speed of service and care was outstanding, from A&E through the observation unit and AMU, all doctors and nurses through out had showed so much care and dedication to what they are doing that I can only praise it,

I have even received a follow up appointment , in my case, within a day and again that is an immaculate service

Thank you for looking after me, really impressive,

I hope all the doctors/nurses are aware I appreciate everything
