Accompanied my Mother who had a fall resulting in a fractured humerus. The department was very busy with queues for both walking and ambulance arrivals. Nursing staff so calm and kind despite the pressures. A real credit to Royla Free London and the nursing profession. Well done to maintain compassion in difficult circumstances. Despite bed pressures nurses realised she needed an overnight stay - thank you all
