(as the patient),

Have been to qmc there times now in last month. First two were related to hyperemesis and the last one was my 12 week scan.

On all occasions the care I have received has been outstanding. Every time they have been running to time with appointments. All staff have made the extra effort to be friendly and yet be very efficient. They have shown kindness, been willing to support and answer any questions I may have.
