"Disapointed in lack of care!"

About: The James Cook University Hospital

I have had 5 Operation dates, 2 were change prior and 3 they told me to come in then tell me at 1145 that thete is no bed. I am frankly disgusted at how ive been treated and yet again still leave in pain.

i was under the impression that under the Armed Forces Covenant i would be treated swiftly and with compassion. The trust has failed on all accounts
