"I was extremely disappointed"

I recently visited A&E after I had one over on my right ankle and couldn't walk. During the first check with staff, she ignored the comments I had made about injuring my ankle previously and also ignored me when I told her I was extremely worried about going over on it again due to living on the third floor of my house and worrying that I would fall. After 2 X-Ray's I was then told I had torn the ligament and that there was nothing that could be done. I was extremely disappointed with the staff who spoke to me, as she did not offer any form of relief for the pain I was in. A simple strapping would have helped, as well as not being able to walk on it, I was not given any crutches or even offered any. And so I was sent away.
