I found my experience with the advocacy ladies excellent.
They were friendly, attentive, genuinely interested in the problems we were having in getting help for my mentally ill sister.
They helped considerably in getting the housing she needed I cant recommend them enough.
I know if I have any further problems in getting help for my sister I’ll get in touch knowing I’ll get practical and constructive advice.
They were a godsend to me, I was finding it almost impossible to get anyone to listen. They deserve a pay rise.
