"Absolutely First Class"

The service and care provided to my mother (and to me whilst I was with her) was without question first class on every level. Not knowing if your mother is going to survive and being alone is a daunting prospect (even at 44 years old) but the staff at Ipswich A&E ensured my mother received care that should really rate 10 stars and the kindness and consideration shown to me was appreciated and humbling in equal measure. The staff, including the paramedic are shining examples of compassion, love, patience and all round ruddy marvellousness!!
