"Positive A&E experience"

We took our 15 year old daughter to A&E on a saturday evening expecting the worst in terms of waiting time, quality of care and staff attitude. We were pleasantly surprised on all counts. The staff were efficient, professional, very thorough and well organised. We were seen within 30 minutes of being checked in and out in less than 2 hours. This hospital is a credit to the NHS.
