"Exceptional staff on ward 15"

About: Burnley General Hospital

I was recently an inpatient on ward15. The staff were all without exception cheerful and caring. Despite being very busy they always had time for the patients. Bells were answered promptly and cheerfully. They took time to explain and answer questions. Thank you to all the staff. You're doing a great job.
