My daughter gave birth in Hillingdon maternity unit on 17th February. Her waters had broken on 15th but contractions were slow and she was admitted at 6am 16th feb ,. I was overwhelmed by the quality of care she received . She was not only monitored but truly cared for in an efficient and caring team environment. Everything was double checked, other opinions sought and acted on. I was reassured by the thorough and expert care, which was impressive and faultless. The risk and signs of sepsis were acknowledged and treated immediately. Everything was explained clearly. No information was lost during shift changes , the care my daughter and granddaughter received was truly world class and second to none.
The doctors , midwives , nurses, catering staff were all exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for the outstanding care .
"Excellent maternity unit"
