"Didn't help at all"

Totally dissatisfied with the service received.

Had no support, just a running battle with staff. A place of total despair and little hope. A simple change of medication from liquid to tablets took months and months and I actually self detoxed before a change could be instigated! Despite providing medical evidence I got nothing but excuses. So glad I don't access this service anymore!
