"Changing my appointment"

About: James Paget University Hospital

Today I called the hospital to change the date of my appointment with the Endocrinology clinic. I was greeted by a member of staff who very efficiently and in a very respectful manner helped me with my problem.

I just want to thank you, you were a breath of fresh air, and you should be proud of yourself. You are the first contact with an NHS hospital, and you came across friendly but professional. Keep up the good job!
