Just got home after spending all afternoon with my husband after he was rushed in to A&E following an accident at work. From the receptionist (often not always the most polite and sympathetic) right down to the orderly pushing the trolley, everyone was incredible. While the injury sustained is serious, I felt confident leaving my husband on the ward overnight pending his surgery tomorrow. I haven't always had positive experiences at LCH but the last 3 occasions I have been (2 A&E, 1 x-Ray) have been almost a pleasure, aside from the obvious worry of being there for medical reasons. I certainly feel much happier using LCH now and thank everyone who attended to my husband today.
