Greetings. I am writing to inform you of the excellent care I received at Medway Maritime Hospital recently. I attended a routine outpatients appointment with Haematology ( coincidentally

I had a very large haematoma on my hand). I was then referred to Elliot Ward for blood tests, there they escorted me to A&E where I was seen by the Triage Sister within seconds and received excellent care and pain relief. From A&E, I was admitted to Sunderland Ward and then underwent surgery which was successful. In all the time I was in MMH, the care was superb and exemplary and the hospital was remarkably clean and pleasant. The food was excellent and all Departments involved in my treatment seemed to perform very well. I have written to the CQC about this.
