As a liver cancer patient i have spent a lot of time in hospitals over last 2 yrs, without any doubt Kings is the most professional hospital i have ever seen, all nurses, drs, and the surgical staff were fantastic, among the nursing staff i would particularly like to praise 3 nurses who were beyond brilliant - they were warm , caring, explained everything before it happened always seemed to have time for any patient, always smiling ever under the pressure of a heavy workload. on Todd ward post my liver transplant surgery, one nurse is a particularly great example of professionalism with a warmth and care that shone out always. on Howard ward another nurse was an astoundingly good nurse it would be extremely hard to find anything in his professional performance that you could even begin to criticise, and then as if that were not enough a third nurse was even better, i have never seen any nurse as good as this, this is without doubt the greatest, most professional, caring, effecient, energetic nurse ever, everywhere they were, people felt cared about, happier: even in pain their spirits were lifted by them, they brought relief and a sense of love to all those he cared for, if it were in my gift they would all be paid at least double, tax free in gold. If this can in any way be added to their personnel files/records it should be. A massive thank you to all the nurses, drs and surgeons, and these 3 wow - above and beyond expectations in every sense. Yours a very grateful and humbled liver transplant patient.
"praise of nurses and all staff."
