I just want to say thank you so much to this person who was fantastic . On 17-2-16 this was the only manager available to talk to re a problem I had with bed arrangements for my daughter in the maternity unit in Queen Charlottes Hospital. Their listening skills, empathy, caring and can do attitude were of the heighest standards I have ever experienced.
