"my recent experience"

I have recently had an operation as a day patient. I had never had any form of operation before and was anxious about the whole experience, particularly a general anesthetic! All the staff were absolutely fantastic and all put me at ease and made me feel very relaxed and well looked after. I was seen for my initial consultation only 2 weeks after my referral from my GP, and then had my actual operation the following week, so I couldn't be happier with the speed of things. My consultant was fantastic and took the time to carefully explain everything to me - as did all the staff on the day.

All staff were very professional, kind and caring - I really could not have had a better experience. A huge thank you to all staff. I would thoroughly recommend this hospital to everyone.
