About: Princess Royal Hospital (Hull) Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Patient transport service (PTS)

(as the patient),

On the way to the Princess Royal. My knee gave way. When I managed to get there and Hobble In. Fran. Sharon and Sylvia were amazing. . They managed to get a wheelchair to sit me In. Cup of water and a phone so I could contact my husband. . Fran stuck a note on my car windscreen to let traffic warden know I had been taken to hospital. . They ordered patient transport so I could get to hospital. The ambulance people were very kind and amazing aswell. So a BIG thank you to All of You.. A little kindness goes a long way. I will never forget what you all did. I am so grateful.
